The Sound Healing Journey is a series of four 30 minute personalized sound healing sessions designed to support deeper emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and whole-person restoration over time. Rather than beginning from scratch with each visit, every session builds upon your previous experience, allowing us to thoughtfully support your unique healing process at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

Using a personalized combination of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, tuning forks, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, each session is intuitively guided based on your intentions, emotional needs, and how your body responds throughout the journey.
